What distinguishes our gasket production is our competence in cutting, die-cutting and punching,, fundamental steps for the perfect seal of the final product. We produce everything from gaskets for flanges, with and without holes, according to customer specifications and milled, in rubber and in polyurethane, to the most diversified products responding to market demands.
RF Gaskets
RF (Flat Ring) refers to gaskets without holes, which are placed inside flanges and are defined by two measurements: outer and inner diameter. FTM supplies standard flat RF gaskets in DN, PN or inches, in compliance with UNI or ASME international standards, as well as special gaskets made to clients’ specific criteria for use in a wide range of sectors.

FF (Full Face) refers to gaskets with holes for screws or bolts, which are mounted on the whole surface of the flange. FTM supplies standard flat FF gaskets with holes in DN, PN or inches, in compliance with UNI or ASME international standards, as well as special gaskets made to clients’ specific criteria for use in a wide range of sectors.

Bespoke Gaskets
The bespoke flat gaskets manufactured by FTM are made to order according to the size, particular design and appropriate materials specified by the client. The machinery used in production is set according to the specifications and quantity of items required. In the absence of a design, FTM is able to take the measurements where a sample gasket is available.
Lance-shaped knife cut parts
This particular category of items in rubber or polyurethane is mostly for the automotive sector, and quantities required are medium to high; they often require an extremely limited range of tolerance outside the standard tolerances guaranteed, or special attention to aesthetic appearance in order to ensure the required level of functionality.

Milled items
Milling is the solution for producing relief designs, cavities and inner slots of various depths. Milled items are made using a process of removing material (swarf) by means of of a cutting machine (mill). This process can produce variations in thickness, holes and non-through slots on a range of materials such as rubber and expanded polyurethane.
